Mikala Martin serves as one the founding members of She Buys LLC and our companies CEO. Mikala holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Her passion for helping other is what encouraged the mission of She Buys. It is Mikala’s goal to serve her community and demonstrate the importance of female empowerment. Mikala is a proud public service worker and has served in the fields of education and social work for over 10 years. While serving her community comes as second nature, Mikala also thrives in the realms of Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent and Investor. Mikala serves as a great member of her community and takes pride in supporting individuals/families in achieving their identified goals in both social work and real estate. 

Sherietta Jackson is the founding Real Estate Broker for The Realty Shoppe LLC, where she serves full time as a multi-million dollar producer. In 2018, she was recognized as one of the "Top 30 Agents" in Prince George's County. She has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate arena and she is definitely an expert at finding anyone the perfect home. She has a background in a wide array of professions such as an Entrepreneurship Educator to local high school students, an Ambassador for a influential Women’s non-profit organization called TheWISEorg. She uses her skills as a Real Estate Broker to help advise the TheWISEorg board members on negotiating contracts. She is also the Vice President of Community Empowerment Group(CEG). CEG is an organization focused on helping to empower and inspire youth from DC, MD, and VA. Her commitment to empowering lives goes well beyond “Closing a deal” it’s aligned with her passion for helping others to live their best life! 

Meet Quintina! With a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of the District of Columbia and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Howard University, Quintina has developed her work history and ethic from providing therapeutic intervention to individuals ranging from 0-90 years of age. As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, Quintina possesses the ability to assess, diagnose and treat individuals with communication and language delays. Quintina has traveled abroad for outreach in the Dominican Republic and Thailand, in an effort to provide habilitative and rehabilitative therapeutic interventions to multiple families around the world.Currently, she is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of a Pediatric Speech and Language Clinic: The Pediatric Speech Lab llc. Beyond other attributes, Quintina joined the “She Buys” team due to her long awaited desire to one day purchase, own, rent and/or invest in real estate for profit and residual earnings. Ultimately, as a serial entrepreneur, it is Quintina’s desire to invest money into organizations, financial systems, properties, etc. with the expectation of achieving profit to invest back into the community. 

Renae was born and raised in Prince Georges County, MD! Armed with a Bachelors’ of Science in Information Technology with a minor in Security from our local #HBCU Bowie State University (BSSSSUUUU!!). She learned early on the power of education and it being your passport to the future. It wasn’t until after she graduated from Bowie State that she learned the true value of home-ownership when her grandmother handed her the keys to a home she had owned for over 30 years to begin her own journey into home-ownership! Now that’s true power, wealth, and legacy building! From that moment forward it’s been Renae’s personal mission by becoming a local #investor agent herself to be a home guide and #educator for those in her community and beyond looking to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. When presented with the opportunity to join “She Buys LLC” an all-female black owned investment group well not only was it a no-brainer, it was the icing on the cake to MORE women empowerment, MORE community involvement, and MORE financial growth.

With 18 years of industry experience, LACY FIELDS‘ foremost objective is to honor and respect every client with a customized personal service that cares for the health of the hair.

As a Salon Owner and stylist, she works to ensure that she provides not only therapeutic relief for hair and scalp concerns, but also helps to enhance the self-esteem and fashionable presentation of each client. She owns and promotes her signature line of human hair extensions, LNS4Hair, LLC that are designed to naturally complement those that wish to wear protective hairstyles.

Lacy continues break glass ceilings. Becoming the first in her immediate family to own a home. She knows the importance of generational wealth and how wealth is in property. She loves teaching saving habits while helping families meet their goals. One of her mottos is, “ Let it go and get back double!”. What does this mean exactly, let what’s weighing you down go, to grow and double your resources. Education is important to Lacy as she shares to care to heal our community

Janaye graduated from Temple University, with a B.A. in Strategic Organizational Communications, and in 2017, a M.S. in Management. Janaye currently works as the administrative organizer for the SheBuys team. Janaye is dedicated to ensuring that the SheBuys organization and its clients have everything they need to succeed. Thank you Janaye! We are so blessed and thankful to have you as part of our team!

Brittnee’s a two time Bowie State graduate, that decided to joine SheBuys because she believes in uplifting her community. With a Bachelors Degree of Science in Sociology, and a Masters of Public Administration, Brittnee is all about helping “The People". Dedicating her time in She Buys to ensuring that we are organized and up to date with all of our clients needs and information. Brittnee is working on obtaining her Project Management Professional Certificate and furthering her growth in her career. With a longtime zeal to see justice in our communities, Britnee has a heart that all people get treated equally. We are excited to have such a gem as apart of our team! 

Say Hello to Monica! Monica holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in management with a project management specialization. She has worked in higher education for the past eight years and has held various job titles such as Advanced Academic Advisor, Senior Account Analyst, and Assistant Director of Quality Assurance. She is currently in pursuance of her Florida real estate license. Monica understands many of the challenges that plague the black community as a result of years of systemic oppression; namely the lack of generational wealth. She is extremely passionate about bridging the wealth inequality gap within the black community and believes that real estate investment and home ownership will aid in acquiring long term wealth. This passion led her to become a member of She Buys LLC, a female owned and operated real estate investment team. With this group of intelligent passionate women, Monica hopes to make a lasting impact in her community and effect change for a more sustainable financial future for the next generations. 

Ashley Lam is a Maryland native and currently a Legal Professional in the Commercial Real Estate industry. With over 10 years of experience in the legal industry her heart is to truly help and educate the people! She joined the She Buys LLC team to be apart of something bigger than just a name, but a mission. She believes in supporting black-owned women businesses and want this to be an opportunity to build a legacy for her children in the future. With a Bachelors Degree in English Literature from Trinity Washington University and a Masters Degree at Purdue University in Paralegal Studies it was a no brainer to have her on the team! She supports She Buys in an administrative role by writing and drafting documents, completing extensive market research, and an array of other tasks. We are glad to have this hardworking woman as apart of our team!

Jennifer Pessima oversees our marketing and promotion department here at She Buys. She helps with social media marketing, merchandise, as well as street promotion. Jennifer was born in Washington DC, and raised in Prince George’s County Maryland. Jennifer completed her bachelors at Clark Atlanta University, with a major in Television and Film. Jennifer became a highly sought out producer in Atlanta, Georgia and began to produce show segments, documentaries, Talk Shows, tv shows, and much more for very prestigious individuals. Along with her eagerness to create she’s always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to own her own. In 2018, this visionary was able to start her own production company known as Jennifer Pessima Production, where she creates, writes, and produce for herself as well as others. Making creative ideas come to life. Now, Jennifer is also making her way in the financial industry as a Certified Credit Consultant, where she educates individuals the importance of financial literacy. Partnering with She Buys was a dream come true for her because her ultimate goal is to own investment properties and commercial properties because she knows the importance of having your money work for you!

Tiffany was born in Washington DC and, moved to Maryland at the age of 16. She has an Associate of Arts from Prince George’s Community College. She is currently attended Bowie State University pursuing a degree in Social Work. Her passion for the youth has led her to a career with Prince George’s County Public School. Where she has worked for the last five years. Tiffany was eager to join the SheBuys team because she believed in the SheBuys Vision. If Tiffany was going to do anything with her life it would be helping out the community.

Kaliese Gallion couldn’t have been more ecstatic to join She Buys LLC. Kaliese holds her Master Degree in Homeland security. Kaliese works diligently for our administrative department. Ensuring all communications for clients and staff are submitted/delivered timely. Kaliese serves as the Secretary for She Buys LLC. Kaliese is also the stylist for She Buys LLC. Making sure we turn heads for professional photo shoots, on set broadcasting and red carpet charity events.
